EDELSCHWARZ GIN INFUSED ORGANIC DARK CHOCOLATE 75%

Organic dark chocolate 75% made with Chuncho cocoa from Peru, infused with Edelschwarz organic Gin.

This chocolate has complex aromatic notes: juniper, forest berries, herbs and spices.

We macerate the roasted cocoa nibs with Gin for several days and dehydrate them. The water and alcohol evaporate fully while the cocoa absorbs the flavors.

Edelschwarz orginc Gin is made with 17 alpine botanicals such as juniper, edelweiss, lingonberries, currants and various herbs.
